Pricing
The prices listed below are for designs selected from our collection of wedding invitation designs. They include general customization such as your choice of wood, ink color, and typeface. Also included in the pricing are 3 sets of proofs, all set-up fees, plate fees, material, engraving and letterpress printing. When envelopes are listed, letterpress printing is included in the listed price as well (return address and/or motif). Items you do not see listed below can most likely be purchased as well. The possibilities are endless, so when in doubt, please ask or contact us via our quote form.

Please note that the above prices do not include the cost of shipping. A 7.75% sales tax must be added to all orders placed by residents of the state of North Carolina.
* All asterisked items are priced for customers already buying invitation sets. Prices will be higher for a la carte selections.
** There is an additional fee of $50 for a hand-drawn map.
Please feel free to contact us for inquiries regarding items not listed on our pricing chart. The above quantities are shown purely for your convenience. While there is no minimum on the number of wood items that may be ordered, there is a minimum of 25 on paper items.
Custom Design Fees:
When ordering an existing design from our collection, no additional design fees will be charged for the basic invitation set (Includes: invite, reply card, outer envelope, and reply envelope).
If you order a basic invitation set and wish to have it fully custom designed, the cost will be $700 in addition to our base fees. As with any order, you will receive three full rounds of proofs. In addition, you will receive one concept proof round that will contain one or more initial concepts based on what you are looking for.
If providing your own design, pricing will vary according to whether or not any design work is needed on our part. We are typically able to give a discount if print-ready files are provided and no work is needed on our end to prep the files before printing.

Optional Extras:
Inner Envelopes – Our standard invitation set includes only an outer envelope and a reply envelope. A third inner envelope may be available depending on the brand of paper. If this is the case, an inner envelope can be added to each set at the cost of $1 per invitation set.
Envelope Lining – Envelope lining is available upon request. Solid color paper without letterpress printing is $1 per envelope or $1.50 per envelope if you would like us to assemble them for you. Please let us know if you are interested in a particular color or type of paper when requesting a quote.
Early Envelopes – If time is a concern, envelopes which are not being printed can be shipped early if need be. The price of shipping will be added to the overall cost of the order. If envelopes are being printed, they can still be shipped early. However, an early envelope fee of $25 will be applied. In this case, both the price of shipping and the early envelope fee will be added to the overall cost of the order.
Mailer Boxes – Mailer boxes are available for purchase if you would prefer not to mail your invitations in envelopes. The cost per mailer box is $2. Mailer boxes are designed to fit a 5″ x 7″ invitation and are available in several colors. Also, we can provide labels (either blank or letterpress printed) that serve to seal the box as well as provide a space for the address.
Address Labels – If using dark colored envelopes, you may wish to use letterpress printed return address labels. For pricing and options, please contact us.
Belly Bands – Upon request, we will create custom paper belly bands for your invitations. They can either be letterpress printed or left blank.
Corner Rounding – Corner rounding is available on paper items at an additional cost. Please let us know if you are interested in corner rounding when requesting a quote. (Please note that there is no additional cost for wood items with rounded corners.)
Extra Thick Paper – Our house paper is 110 lb. cotton paper. If you would like to use a heavier weight paper, 220 lb. is available for additional cost. Please let us know if you are interested in using a heavier weight paper when requesting a quote.
